Shipping and Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Over the Moon Toys is happy to replace a gift with another selection or refund the credit card used for its purchase within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, you can exchange your merchandise for up to 60 days.
Please note: We are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.
Just repack the merchandise in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:
1. Contact us at 732-545-0096 during store hours:
Monday 11am-6pm EST
Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday – 10am-7pm EST
Thursday 10am-8pm EST
Saturday 11am-7pm EST
Sunday 12-5pm EST
2. We will give you instructions on your return and you will be given a Return Number.
3. Include the Return Number with your package and ship to the following address:

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Over the Moon Toys will provide a prepaid UPS return label.
Refunds and exchanges can also be transacted at our store in Highland Park, with a receipt, for merchandise credit or refund
